* Three model sizes. A project nobody has claimed yet gets the smallest, the free plan gets a middle one, and the paid plans get the largest. They all answer the questions your help centre covers; the larger ones are better at the ones it does not, and better at knowing when to stop and fetch a person. Everything else is identical on every plan.

Are the documents legally binding?

They are drafts, written from the rules that usually apply to your country and your platforms. A serious starting point, not legal advice. Read them, change what is wrong, and have a lawyer look before it matters.

Do I need an account?

Not to set it up. A single call creates the pages and hands back a claim link, which is how a person takes ownership later.

How do I sign in?

With Google. There is no password, so there is nothing to leak or reset.

What if I change country or add a platform?

Change it in your settings. Every document is rewritten at the same links, so nothing you pasted anywhere breaks.

Can I edit the wording?

Every word, on every plan. An edit survives regeneration, and nothing is published until you tick a box saying you have read it.

What if nobody answers a user?

The conversation is marked as owed a reply by email and waits in your inbox instead of disappearing.

Which AI writes the answers?

DeepSeek models, routed through OpenRouter. A bigger one on the paid plans, a smaller one on the free plan, and the smallest on a project nobody has claimed yet. DeepSeek is a Chinese company, so your users' support messages are processed in China. That is named in our privacy policy, and in the one we generate for you.
